If you need help remembering notes I would recommend playing an easy instrument. It is very relaxing and will help you remember the notes with the help of muscle memory from playing the notes. you will also know what it sounds like. But i think if you dont want to then i would use "every good boy deserves fudge" thats how i first started to learn it!
