We are looking for details that can be used as an argument against raising the driving age.

The first one that comes to mind is how it will affect the job possibilities for young people, that don't have any experience, and as a contractor, it would be easier to just contract an older person with some experience that also can drive.

Another argument may be the social role, as a teenager reaches a given age (depending on his familiar environment), he starts to have more obligations, while is true that most young people don't even have acces to a car, the raise in the driving age may affect some familiar dynamics in a bad way.
