Correct Stance, Grip, Orientation and Parts of a Swing.

The parts of a swing are the backswing, impact position and follow through.

The backswing: To do this correctly, adjust the upper body arching ur back slightly and sticking out the butt. You are to maintain this position throughout the swing.

Impact position: From the top of your backswing start moving the club down towards the ball to address.

Follow through: Maintain optimal spine angle and take your swing.

When standing over the ball the player should assume a relaxed stance. The knees are slightly flexed and the upper body leans over the ball with enough tension at the shoulders this gives the correct body orientation. In gripping the club, both hands should be wrapped around the club without overlapping as if gripping a baseball bat. This is called the baseball grip.
