Crafts appear to have been segregated from the artistic disciplines of painting and sculpture, even though many of the materials used are exactly the same. why do you think that traditional craft media, such a ceramics, textiles, wood, and metal, have been segregated from other artistic disciplines? do these differences in classification imply differences in value?
