Assemblage is
a. a technique for casting where wax is carved then heated after a mold is made, then heated so that
the wax melts, leaving an impression.
b. an additive process where artists construct work by putting together objects and attaches them in
some way
a substitution process in which the artist models an image in a soft medium such as wax, and then
replaces it with something more durable such as bronze.
d. the use of tools to chip away at a base in order to produce the sculpture.
C.

1 - since it's a library, i'd like putting a sculpture from ancient greece, probably from the hellenistic epoch.

2 - i'd also like the statue to be from a famous person from that time, a philosopher of possible.

3 - i'd want the statue to be of a man sitting down on a tree stump with a book on his hands (either writing or reading), to demonstrate the love for reading.

4 - i'd also like to have the statue with a darkish colour and high contrast, as well as a statue that resembles balance and a little movement on his head if he is reading or on his hand if he's writing.
