2. Ariel cannot speak so when eric is under ursulas spell she cannot tell him that he is with the wrong girl she loses hope but her friends such as scuttle tell her that she has to continue trying and stop the wrong wedding from happening or she will forever regret it.

3. The low point is when ariel has been replaced by ursula posing to be her and she cant speak so there seems to be nothing she can do to stop it.

4. That with persistance and the help of friends the truth will be revealed and things will be all right in the end.
