safety practices you observed at the restaurant
the hygiene standards that seem important to the restaurant
the kitchen staff’s willingness to follow safety and sanitation standards
any obvious policies regarding safety and sanitation procedures
certification in first aid and/or CPR
schedule for conducting sanitation and safety meetings
reporting structure when there is an accident or illness
