I can help you, it's just that you're not saying what it is you need help with exactly, and the tiny words are too blurry for me to read. I'm not sure if it's just me, or it's probably my PC, but if you can, could you edit the photo and take a closer picture. I've zoomed in, but it hasn't helped me.
