if theres something going on in your life, its temporary. we all can climb out of holes. pain is temporary. you can heal yourself, and soon enough going through that trauma you can heal others. you are worth it, valid, beautiful/handsome, and be selfish if its for you, every once in awhile. love yourself, you know yourself the most.
