Subject is Theatre Three students did not get the parts they wanted and are threatening to drop out. How would you solve this problem?

Part of being an actors is playing roles you don’t really want. If they are going to have any success their gonna have to suck it up. I’m an actor, and if I where to decline roles that weren’t my first choice I would not have even halve the little bit of success I have.(very little bit, but all my instructors have made that clear to me)
