well, u can be corny and say something "nice and romantic" or u can be 100% real with them and tell him/her ur true feelings abt them and see what they say, if they say "i don't feel the same way" or "im dating someone else" just try to understand them and walk away or leave them be or be friends with them if they allow u to. but there's no reason to be cute and romantic just tell them how ya feel without any hmm "romantic words" (if that makes sense)
