(Theater art class) create a 2 minute long monologue for me bc I don’t understand

My little sister, in her mackintosh and boots splashed around in the puddle, caused by the rain which splashed into the house. My older sister was reprimanding my sister was reprimanding my little sister as our carpet in the living room was completely soaked with rain water.
