Hello!, Hooman, the answer to ur question is artery's are all over the place to cut one u have to find it but u can cut flesh so maybe abt 3 to 5inches I'm not sure and to bleed out depends on how deep you cut it like if u go stabbing deep it takes a 3 to 5 mins to bleed fully out
