Difference between artistic drawing and technical drawing.

A technical drawing is usually used to describe an object or concept in a finite definition. 
An artistic drawing by contrast is one that is open to some level of interpretation, by both the person creating it and the viewer viewing it. 
 

In a technical drawing, the artist draws the object exactly how he/she sees it. However, in an artistic drawing, certain parts of that objects are up for interpretation by the artist.

Yes because in graphic design you add elements of art into one piece and/or program. although, you place together graphic designs on a computer,  you still have to know about the principles of design which is included in art.
