The clown: A teenager was going to be babysitting 2 young children. The babysitter's name is Beth. Beth was offered the job because she is good friends with the family. She was going to be paid double because it was out of nowhere. Before the parents went wherever they were going they said “Make sure to stay up stairs with the kids. They have been having bad nightmares recently.” She agreed and wished the parents goodbye. They spent the night playing games and watching movies. At around 11:00pm she sends the kids to bed. She tucks them into bed and the kids tell her “Don’t let the boogeyman get us” she said “I won’t let anybody get you.” She finishes tucking them into bed and goes to the parents room to watch TV. As she walks into the room she notices a clown statue in the corner of the room. It kind of freaked her out but she shrugged it off. As she is watching TV she looks back at the clown statue and notices that it’s head moved from where it was originally. But once again she shrugs it off and continues watching TV. After 30 minutes she starts getting freaked out by the clown statue and she goes down stairs to watch TV. The parents call in to check on how it’s going. “Hello?” she answers “Hey beth how is it going”. Beth replied with “ It’s going good I tucked the kids into bed. I went down stairs because the clown statue in your room was freaking me out.” There is a quick pause. “Grab the kids and get out of the house. We don’t have a clown statue.” Beth hears the kids scream in terror and she runs up the stairs. When she checked the room it was too late.
