This sounds like a personal reflection on something you did. it is asking the hardest part, or a part you may have struggled with on an informal interview you must have done. it is also asking advice you'd give someone else for the process of completing an informal interview, so you should write something that would . for example, maybe the first thing they should do, something they should include.

Personally, i think the games do because it's actually them controlling it. this might cause them to think it's okay to do it for real. as for animated movies i think they are mostly fine because they're animated. also, animation has come a long way causing animated movies to become more real but 30 years ago this wouldn't be as big of a problem as today.
