How does chopin depict a high class marriage at the turn of the 19th century?

In the year 1895  the story of  an hour written by Chopin broke many stereotypes of the 19th century and still breaking that stereotype today.

It Breaks the idea of one person being dependent on the other person so much that they get imprisoned by the other person's ideas.

According to the story feeling free  on death of ones partner  was shown, which was not accepted then  and is still unacceptable.  

The death of the protagonist and return of her partner shows  how much that she is dependent on others that she becomes imprisoned by the thought of the partner.
