In my personal opinion I think it would depend on the place of employment. Based off of the even options, I would say a fashion design assistant would oversee the product assistant or help find new business contacts. I cannot see a fashion designer assistant go out of the way to sketch designs using a graphic design software nor can I see them photographing the newest collection for that is the photographers job.
