Judging off how this looks, I'm gonna guess its a being from Japanese or Chinese folklore, as in Chinese traditions, dragons are something to be believed to live many years before, and in Japanese traditions, there is something called yokai which are supernatural creatures and has similar appearances to this supernatural entity also known as a serpent or a dragon ( looks closest too) .
