How do santa give gifts to all chilldren how much money does he have stolen?

Today at lunch I discussed this matter with my Banker.

My Banker told me that all of the Banks had gotten together and had agreed to help Santa pay for the gifts he needs to buy. Those his elves cannot make at the North Pole.

The Banks agreed that,

-since many people have checking and savings accounts at Banks, and

-since their accounts pay interest, and

-since many of those customers have kids,

-the Bankers decide that tiny amounts of interest would be moved into Sant’s bank account for him to use.

You see, Banks compute interest paid to the hundredth of a percent (0.01).

So, the Banks agreed that the tiny amounts that were due from the thousandths of a percent would be paid into Santa’s Account (0.001).

While it is only 1 to 2 cents for each account, when they do this for the millions and millions of accounts in all of the Banks, it is enough for Santa’s Christmas budget.
