This goal is achieved, but seen from the present it may get a little bit lost in between such a lavish song and extravagant dance routine. This kind of montage of musical numbers was known as a Ziegfeld-Follies-style production, a Broadway revue that had beautiful well-dressed women posing while a tenor sang a song. If I were to make any changes, provably would choose a song that allows more protagonism for Kathy, to make the purpose of the scene a lot more clear.

hard bop is an extension of bebop that was kind of interrupted by the cool sounds of west coast jazz. it experienced its revival in the 1990’s.
