What skills do you think are necessary to perform a laparoscopic procedure?

Laparoscopic surgery is not an innate behavior and cannot be easily mimick and would be acquired by hands on training. Some skills a laparoscopic surgeon should have is first he should be equip with knowledge on the procedure and had trainings performing it.
