Why does the dash diet support consumption of an abundance of foods with potassium?

Dash diet is a well researched system that helps in reducing the blood pressure of the body. This diet focuses on reducing the amount of sodium level in blood and increasing the levels of potassium, calcium, magnesium, and fiber in the food. Since potassium lowers the blood pressure the dash diet helps in reducing hypertension. This diet includes fruits, vegetables and fiber. The hypertension is controlled by the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The data shows that there is a significant reduction in the systolic and diastolic blood pressure that is 5.5 points and 3 point respectively.

sheep is a herbivore animal whereas grasshopper belongs to the class chordates but both of them feed on greens.  

if grasshopper and sheep feeding on a pasture land, i do not think both of them will have any impact on each other. however, the number of the species can make difference. since sheep feed on greens, there is a possibility there left no pasture land for the grasshoppers or they may get extinct.
