Explanation:

Metaphase II is shown in the figure. It occurs in cell division, both in mitosis and meiosis. In this phase, the chromosomes are attached by the centromere to the spindle fibers, which start from both poles.

In other words, in mataphase II, the chromosomes will line up on the equatorial plate of the achromatic spindle equidistant from the poles, attached by the centromere to their fibers.

2.granulocytes

the monocytes or macrophages of agranulocytes , dendritic cells which are accessory leucocytes, and b cells which is one type of lymphocytes   identify the antigens present on the pathogen's surface. these three cells are called antigen presenting cells(apc) which are phagocytes and destroy the antigens by secreting antitoxins. besides this leukocyte is always plays vital role in the immunity of the body.
