How does the fda regulate the animals?

Whenever a new drug, device, or food, is developed for use in animals, It has to be approved by the FDA before it can be sold and marketed to the public.

there is not 1 highest source of protein, but there are many; meats, fish, poultry, seafood, cheese, eggs, yogurt and milk. the only non complete animal food that is beneficial is gelatin.
