Some of the common challenges that all organisms face are-

a) Feeding themselves - All living organism need food and thus finding appropriate food for feeding themselves is a every day challenge. As most of the species feed by preying, therefore they have to spend a large part of their day in hunting only.

b) Reproduction - All organisms are able to reproduce but identifying  a right mate for intercourse is a big challenge.

c) Waste removal is yet another challenge for a living organism. Waste cannot be removed at any place and hence finding an appropriate location for waste disposal is a big challenge.
