Which pulmonary fungal infection is most likely to be confused with tuberculosis? how can we discriminate between these two types of infection?

Most common one is the Aspergillosis which is confused with TB.

Tuberculosis is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which mainly affects the lungs. This bacteria spreads when  an infected person cough or sneeze & by saliva.The most commondrugs used to treat the TB are isoniazid, rifampicin and pyrazinamide.
