Both "sensory and motor neurons" are connected to central nervous system by periferal nervous system so that the central nervous system can remain connected to other part of the body. It only includes brain and spinal cord where brain is responsible for processing the five senses and sending the outputs according to to the the past exposure, knowledge, memory, emotions and inferences drawn from the experiences.
