Particular humans are called as the diploid organism because it consists of two allele in our body of same locus  with one gene of inherited from parent. The allele in our gene is made up of mutation occurs in the germ cells , then cell transfered into sperm or egg. Then mutated of DNA copies are copied to new cell of the growing embryo.
