Biodiversity is one of the most important concepts in our life, because by understanding it, we could create more precaution for us to keep it safe. Biodiversity is the variety of different life and landscapes on Earth. For example, thanks to the biodiversity, the chain of food could be created; and without it everything would be a mess and it will collapse in chaos. Different species live in different ecosystems, making it work properly and in balance. That is one of the main things that keeps it healthy. Hunting animals could affect  and damage the biodiversity because  we could affect the balance in nature. If we affect one portion of it, then the rest of it is affected too. Deforestation is another problem that affects biodiversity because it affects both animals and landscapes. For example, right now in Colombia most of the biodiversity is being affected because of the extraction of minerals through mining; garbage has become the major problem of pollution in the ecosystem and if we don’t make drastic changes then the consequences would be unchangeable.
