If the concentration of glucose inside the cell is higher than the one outside the cell, glucose molecules will move from inside the cell to the outside of the cell in a process of diffusion.

The inside of the cell has higher glucose concentration i.e., has higher quantity of glucose molecules than outside of the cell which has a lower glucose concentration, therefore glucose molecules will move from inside the cell to outside the cell.
