Explanation:

Cocaine is a type of stimulant drug like it increases the alertness and activities of brain producing a feeling of well being. It can amplify the effects neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine, serotonin, adrenaline and dopamine.

Dopamine act as reward which is released in normal activities like eating, sex or in response to any drug. During normal condition dopamine is released in the synapse by the neuron, binds to dopamine receptors and after producing its its affect it is transported by dopamine transporters from synapse. Drugs like cocaine may block the dopamine transporter causing the accumulation of dopamine in synapse which produces an amplified response.

Norepinephrine mobilizes brain and body functions and released particularly in flight or fight conditions. Norepinephrine effect  is also amplified in the same way as this time cocaine binds and blocks the norepinephrine transporter to cause accumulation of norepinephrine in synapse which ultimately results in amplified effect of norepinephrine.
