Model: Migration and Evolution

We will start by looking at what happens when populations are separated such that there is no migration between them. Set the PATCH-CARRYING-CAPACITY to 50, COLORS to 10, the PATCHES-WIDE to 2 and the PATCHES-TALL to 1, so that you only have 2 patches. Set SELECTION to 0, so there is only genetic drift. Set MIGRATION-RATE to 0 so that organisms cannot move between patches. Hit SETUP and run the model.
Does the same color go to fixation in each patch?
The same color does not go to fixation every time. What happens to the genetic differences between the patches (FST)
