How does water role in photosynthesis explain increased biological productivity in area of heavy precipitation

Water has a role in photosynthesis as being a reactant for the process. The biological productivity will increase due to heavy precipitation.

Photosynthesis is a process by which green plants prepare their food using carbon dioxide and water to produce carbohydrate and oxygen. Water from the atmosphere in the form of moisture and from soil as a reactant which get split by the photolysis through sunlight and hydrogen becomes the part of the carbohydrate and oxygen is produced as byproduct. In an area which maximum amount of precipitation annually is likely to facilitate the process of photosynthesis and more biological productivity is expected due to the availability of enough amount of water as reactant necessary for photosynthesis.
