Vacuole will sooner or later disappear (depends on the salt concentartion outside the cell).

Hypertonic solution (impure water) contributes to higer solute concentration outside the cell (lower solvent concentration) and leads to plasmolysis that allows the movement of solvent from higher concentration to lower cncentration ( water moves outside the cell).
