a. humans and monkeys share a common ancestor in the relatively recent past
b. humans are not very closely related to the Rhesus monkey
c. the hemoglobin molecule from a monkey could be used to treat human diseases where there is a defect in the hemoglobin molecule.
d. since hemoglobin is only one protein of thousands in a human, this is of little importance
