Needle loop is used by the scientists when they want to study the structure of  fungi under microscope. There are two reasons for using of needle loop in preparing fungi slide. First, it is the safe way in which the chances of contamination is less and secondly, it is a convenient and easier way to place the fungi on the slide of microscope. The needle loop provides more surface area at which more fungi attached to it and place it to the slide.
