How would pepsin activity be affected if it were put in a neutral solution?

Air enters through the nose (and sometimes the mouth), moves through the nasal cavity, the  pharynx, the  larynx, enters the  trachea, moves through the  bronchi  andbronchioles  till the alveoli.
