When too much of phosphorus is taken, it makes the body to attract alot of calcium from the bones In order to keep a balance on the blood. In doing so, the calcium that is required to strengthen and make the bones strong are lot available and the resultant effect is weak and unhealthy bones.

The symptoms of high intake of phosphorus are muscles pains, muscle weakness, joint pains, itching or red eyes, diahorea, constipation, nausea e.t.c.
