Plants are able to produce energy from sunlight through photosynthesis. How do the products of photosynthesis in plants benefit animals, who cannot produce
energy from sunlight?

Plants produce oxygen as a byproduct from photosynthesis. The oxygen is that used by humans which produces CO2 for plants and animals. Some animals also eat plants which provides them with the energy that the plants produced
