oh..im sorry im not trans but i am a girl the way that i do i put the band where the clips are in the front so i can see them i then i adjust it to whatever clip holders i want to clip onto,then i turn the bra around so the cups are now in front i then carefully slip my arms in through the straps. jus make sure ur straps arent twisted
