I think water does follow the law of conservation because water gets heavy every time like a Hurricane or a Tsumani they're both made out of the water and they do a lot of damage like Hurricane Delta was the record-tying fourth named storm of 2020 to strike Louisiana, as well as the record-breaking tenth named storm to strike the United States in that year.
