Can someone, LEGIT ANYONE, pLeAsE tell me why its easier to fall asleep on the couch unintentionally and its HARD to fall asleep in YOUR OWN BED intentionally. If you answer this with an actual answer I will give you

The reason is because when you fall asleep on your couch to take a little nap and when u wake up and its time for you to go to bed your more awake because you slept before you were supposed and when the human even takes a nap for 15 minutes they will be awake when its time for them to go to bed.
