People born first or last in a family have a different perspective than people born in the middle. Research has indicated that firstborn children are more likely to be achievement-oriented and responsible than later-born children. Later-born children on the other hand, tend to be better in social relationships and to be more affectionate and friendly. Other studies suggest that first-borns are conservative in their thinking and are defenders of the status quo. Later-borns, in contrast, are often risk-takers and social and educational rebels.

Well this can affect us in so many ways, for we are stuck with different perspectives, and a certain amount of time to interact with things. In shorter terms; When you are truly bond with something, it can really change you. So for example; The first person born came out health while leaving the other person with some sort of heart failure. As bad as the example sounds that way my best description for it, but if somebody has a bad heart they tend to have to do certain things/it becomes a requirement,  which then turns into a habit, which turns into an instinct. Also whatever was happening in older brother times may not be there for the younger brother possibly leading to another personality

the monocytes or macrophages of agranulocytes , dendritic cells which are accessory leucocytes, and b cells which is one type of lymphocytes   identify the antigens present on the pathogen's surface. these three cells are called antigen presenting cells(apc) which are phagocytes and destroy the antigens by secreting antitoxins. besides this leukocyte is always plays vital role in the immunity of the body.
