What is the difference between fitness and active

Active means moving a lot and has no tests Fitness means like you learn about Health and you have quizzes, testes, etc

Fitness is moving/learning stuff about BEING active, if you wernt active, and somone said you need to take a fitness class or a fitness test, you would be testing your active abilty, on how ACTIVE you are. Being active is without testing and classes, activness is what you do by yourself, and not literally by YOURSELF but on your own terms, you suggest to be acyive not someone else.
