PLACE IN ORDER PLEASE. 1. mRNA strand from transcription attaches to the ribosome at the start codon

2. tRNA anticodon UAC binds to the start code AUG on mRNA carrying its amino acid

3.Next tRNA anticodon binds to mRNA, carrying another amino acid.

4. The amino acid chain (polypeptide or protein) is released from the ribosome.

5. A third tRNA binds to the mRNA, carrying its amino acid, and another peptide bond forms.

6. mRNA strand from transcription attaches to the ribosome at the start codon

7. This process continues until the ribosome reaches a STOP codon

8. A peptide bond forms between the two amino acids

9. The first tRNA is released, and the ribosome moves over 1 codon position.
