Silicosis: One of the most common dust-causing diseases, Silicosis, is a form of lung disease marked by inflammation and scarring in the lungs. It occurs when silica, also known as quartz dust, is inhaled. Symptoms of this dust-causing diseases include shortness of breath, cough, and fever.
