Suddenly, a young lady came to you and asked you to check on his father who complained pain on his central chest. He looked anxious and sweating profusely. He also had difficulty in breathing. His daughter informed you that her father had history of IHD, hypertension and hyperlipidemia.

On examination, the vital signs are:

BP: 94/70 mmHg
SpO₂: 90%
While you were checking on his vital signs, he suddenly become unconscious.
