According to the table attached, a total of 15 amino acids are represented for each organism. A very reliable evidence that shows the relationship between organisms i.e. how related they are, is their DNA SEQUENCE.

Since the amino acid sequence of the protein in an organism is determined by the DNA sequence, organisms with very similar amino acid sequence are said to be CLOSELY RELATED. Hence, the similar the DNA sequence, the closer the relationship between organisms.
