Which organ make the proteins that clot the blood

I think it's the heart 

I'm pretty sure its the liver. A blood clot is what you would call a semisolid gelatinous mass of coagulated consisting of red. Many people with liver disease have normal synthetic function until the disease has accelerated and went bad. The liver creates coagulation factors, proteins that help the blood to clot and it helps us from bleeding once your liver has failed there is no clotting.
